Sham Shui Po DX Design Gallery | Interactive Exhibition: 'Redressing the Future: Circular Solutions for Fashion Waste'

Description
Explore fashion's profound environmental impact through this interactive multi-sensory exhibition by Redress. We delve into the core issues of overproduction and overconsumption, while presenting innovative design solutions and potential opportunities. As you immerse yourself in this experiential journey, consider: 'What actions can we take as consumers to collectively drive the fashion industry towards a sustainable vision?'
Observe: The global impact of fashion waste and pollution
Touch: Feel the fabrics of everyday garments
Examine: The possibilities of circular fashion design
Learn: How to implement sustainable solutions
Transform: Damaged clothing into a work of art
This exhibition is organized by Redress, co-organized by Hong Kong Design Centre, and held at DX Design Gallery with the support of the Creative Industries Development Centre.
The exhibition also celebrates the 15th 'Redress Design Award' — the world's largest sustainable fashion design competition, and 'Clothes Reset Month' — Hong Kong's largest clothing awareness campaign since 2018.
Redress is a Hong Kong-based non-profit environmental organization focused on Asia, with a mission to reduce fashion's negative impact on the environment by educating and empowering designers and consumers to embrace circular fashion practices.
